| Please Note larger volume orders may exceed these delivery times. Where possible we will inform you of any delays. |
| UK Orders |
Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent via 1st Class Post. Parcels over 2 Kilograms and those of higher value are sent via Overnight Courier, for which a signature is generally required on receipt. Please allow up to three working days for delivery if item is in stock. We will often be much quicker.
Delivery costs in mainland UK are £4.95 (excl VAT) and free delivery for any orders with a value over £100 (excl VAT). |
| Overseas Orders |
Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent via Air Mail, for larger consignments and those of high value shipping methods vary according to destination. Please note we cannot ship tyres and batteries outside the United Kingdom.
Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to Europe and up to 30 working days for USA and Canada deliveries under 2kg. For other destinations and larger items please allow up to 6 weeks. All orders within Europe incur a minimum £12 delivery charge, orders outside of Europe will be individualy accessed based on size and value of goods |

| Returns |
When goods are supplied in error we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full.
Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked.
Electrical goods cannot be returned. |

Any typegraphical, clerical or other error or exclusion in any sales material, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by WMD shall be subject to alteration without any liability to WMD and without any prior declaration.
All goods remain property of WMD until paid for in full. However, it is the customer's responsibility to insure the goods while in their care.
